Welcome to Dudel App! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application Dudel App, so please read them carefully. By using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of the App:
Dudel App is a mobile application that provides users to draw on top of unique shapes to bring out their creativity and imagination daily.
2. User Conduct:
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
You will not use the App in any way that violates the rights of others, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
You agree not to use the App to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or offensive, including but not limited to:
Harassing, intimidating, or threatening others
Impersonating someone else
Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Uploading or sharing any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
You will not use the App in any way that violates the rights of others, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.

3. Intellectual Property:
All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of Silly Little Apps LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any of the content or materials on the App without the prior written consent of Silly Little Apps LLC.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties:
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENSED TO YOU AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP. SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, USEFULNESS, OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE, WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
5. Limitation of Liability:
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE APP OR WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.
6. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold Dudel App harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
7. Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice to you. Your continued use of the App following any such modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms.
